Gramma's Yummy Corn Casserole
This is a must at every family gathering. Everyone asks for it and everyone loves it. We usually double the recipe because it goes so fast!
  • 1 15 oz. can creamed corn
  • 1 15 oz. can whole kernel corn
  • 1 cube of butter, softened
  • 4 oz. sour cream
  • 1 box "Jiffy" brand corn muffin mix

Mix all ingredients together and put in a casserole dish. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350°.

We've added green chiles or used a mexican corn in place of the whole kernel corn. To make it a little more festive, line the dish with corn husks so that the tips give the casserole a sunflower look. This is yummy hot, warm, or cold. We just love it!
